A1. Any action performed by a character and/or an account are the responsibility of the account owner. If user gets "conned" and gives away their possession, GMs are not responsible to help them.

A2. We do not support account sharing and thus consider any offence committed on/by an account, to have been committed by the owner of the account. Similarly, we will not give any form of compensation for players that have lost items due to the sharing of an account or details that lead to another player gaining access to the account.

A3. Do not in any circumstances, give away your password. GMs will never ever ask for your password.

A4. We do not recommend instantly giving away your MSN messenger, ICQ, skype or any other chat account. Especially if they send you a file. There have been many cases of hacking using this method. Be aware of Hackers at all time.

The main progression of punishment will be;

Warning - Final Warning - 3day ban - 7day ban - Permanent Ban - IP Block

Other punishments include character level down, country block etc.

But depending on the magnitude of the offence, player may get an instant ban regardless of the policies below.

Lost Item/Hench

In case of losing item or Hench, please click located below and email it to Gm_aus@seedc.co.kr.
But more importantly, we must warn all users that to recover your items and especially the Henches, we need this information.
Most of them are trivial; except for ITEM/HENCH OBTAIN INFORMATION. This includes the DATE AND THE ZONE YOU HAVE OBTAINED THE ITEM/HENCH. We understand this information is by no means trivial. Therefore when you gain a very valuable item or Hench, please record the details, or at least remind yourself the date and the zone. We highly recommend this as there is no assurance to recover your goods in case of accident.
We do apologise for all of the efforts caused, but we need to be extra careful in case of fraud and hacking, which is an increasing issue for all online games.
