Any action performed by a character and/or an account are the responsibility of the account owner. We do not support the sharing of accounts and thus consider any offence commited on/by an account, to have been commited by the owner of the account. Similarly, we will not give any form of compensation for players that have lost items due to the sharing of an account or details that lead to another player gaining access to the account.

Any sharing of items is the responsibility of the user, SeedC Pacific reserved the right too not return items off of shared accounts or shared items if these items are banned or punished along with an account which has broken the Mixmaster and SeedC Pacific rules.

Please tell us exactly how you have lost your goods.
For example, if you had it in your inventory or they were walking with you.
Were you fighting? Or trading? Or when you logged back on they were gone.
